BEST. BOOK WEEK. EVER.

Neil Gaiman - Anansi Boys
Jonathan Stroud - Ptolemy's Gate
Terry Pratchett - Thud! (CITY WATCH. ♥!)
Robin Hobb - [fogets the title]
Robert Jordan - Book 11

FIVE major books in a week. I am going to positively FAINT from joy.

Anansi Boys: Funny, even if not as brain-twisty and impactful as say, American Gods. It has a nice ending. Seriously. And Neil Gaiman has horrible handwriting. >_> Good book, and very funny. I love his writing, it's always got great concept-description. Like how to describe how acute any feeling is - you want it, Gaiman can do it. *ENVY*

Thud!: ♥. ♥. ♥. City watch. Sam Vimes + Kiddy! Carrot, Angua, Littlebottom VampiresDwarvesTrolls argh TERRY PRATCHETT. In other words, ♥. *SPARKLES*

CCAL sem is complete rubbish.

Nevermind, I was sewing Blobbies with Char. *squee* It is very mind-bending to sew straight lines onto circular lines, let me tell you that. We need stuffing too. Doing it at level one of block B may not have been the best of ideas though. ^^;;; (It's okay, we're all weird anyway.) Need stuffing. Hm.

Internet connection still sucks, majorly. Suspect cable is damaged. Am going to change ethernet ports.

sansele, your Bleach calendar was a major pain to drag back from kino and I nearly killed myself doing so, so I hope you're happy, crazy poke. >:(

Since it's yours, I'm not unwrapping it till you give me the go ahead, but seriously, the friggin' thing is HUGE. Think bigger than small children HUGE. And I lugged it to dinner and tuition and back home. Pch.

...Upon request, will unwrap and email pics to you. Keke. You owe me S$19.90, by the way.

The prince of tennis desk calendar, on the other hand, is nice and portable, but contains far too many pictures of people who are not (a) Tezuka or (b) Fuji. But it's still pretty. *_*

Note to self: Never, ever, EVER attempt transporting 4 hardcover books, 2 paper backs, 1 giant calendar, 1 desk calendar, 1 manga book and the usual junk of stuff in school bag by oneself. EVER. My arms shriek at the thought.

Pictures have mysteriously vanished from camera. (Namely, and very sadly, those I took while going out with Touda and Ct last friday. Of Touda's uber-freaky neighbourhood.) Am not amused. Will get to the bottom of the matter, bloodshed and screaming et all.

Outlook 2 still mysteriously missing. Am nonplused with amount of time it takes to print and mail a 16-page school magazine. Am worried by CCA teacher's nutty policy of giving us bylines only if article was good enough. ...

Give me some time, but the Blobbies & Co LJ has its maiden post. Check out: blobbies_co.
