I feel really bad now
Yesterday Rat mentioned support so I answered two requests, getting unscreened for one. These are probably the only requests I've answered in a year or more. And today I get a virtual gift - a cool flying bat - for helping in support this past month. So now I feel I have to answer more requests to deserve the gift!
