And I'm meant to be a support volunteer! I can't even troubleshoot my own problems... I was wondering why my friends page wasn't updating, and then remembered last night I was playing around and reversed the order of my entries! So I'm now catching up on what I've missed.

I remember posting a similar note to self when I couldn't get a game to run on my machine. I downloaded patches, poked on forums and no joy.

Then I remembered that I had switched my graphics acceleration back to nothing so I could screencap from DVDs.

Been there, done that. jennielynn1127 and I spent ages trying to work out a problem in a short-lived community I ran. I posted a support request. And then we worked out the answer and it was horrendously simple. I was so kicking myself afterwards!

Yeah, I've raised a spr0t request before, but that was because all these error messages kept popping up when I was trying to update or leave comments. It sorted itself before they got back to me, but I still have no idea what caused it. Heh.
