When life gives you no Internet, play Sims.

I've been without serious Internet since Saturday. Mostly just been popping online from a mobile broadband pen we have just for these occasions. Man it sucks so much to be without Internet! The technitians came by today though and the problem turned out to be the power supply on the modem was dead. Yeah, they replaced it.

So, what to do when no Internet is available? Well, play Sims of course!

And spend most of the time troubleshooting crashes. *sigh* Turns out Twallan's Story Progression and my neighborhood don't see eye to eye. I'm stubborn though and I like this neighborhood, damnit.

Anyway, sims isn't exactly the most stimulating game. I remember when playing sims1 that if you looked away for a second...your sim would set themselves on fire or soemthing. It was hard. Then again I was 12...

Sims 2 was easier, but still required a little bit of attention to play without catastrophe. And then...sims 3. The game can be left on auto-run and nothing serious will happen. Huh.

Not that I'm complaining, I actually quite like the game, despite its major flaws. The open neighborhood is freaking awesome. One big load at the start then no more. Ha. Yes. <3

Anyway, that went on a tangent. My favourite activity while playing sims is browsing sim related websites, most notably ModTheSims and Carl's Sims 3 Guide Forums. Without internet I can't do that, now can I? T_T Sniff.

So to keep myself extra entertained I decided to start a vampire legacy. Yup. late Night is an awesome ep. <3 However, those rules alone don't really cut it, so I'm embedding it with a normal legacy. Not gonna keep score though, that's just lame.
