I'm writing again! Sort of. ...
Many of the reviews I got when I published Tamed nearly begged me to write more of the two characters there, Lurin and Maran. For a long time I said I wouldn't, but recently, after losing my one and only RP partner, I got the itch to write again. I started a blog (mostly in portuguese and uninteresting, sorry) but it wasn't enough. So I decided to resume writing fiction. For now, completely original stories are...in cretaive development. However, I realised I had two characters with a story to be told and an audience asking for more.
I decided now to write the follow up to Tamed, a story yet to be named. Chapter one is finished and will be published soon. Meanwhile, I'll use this here website to publish my meager notes on the story. Spoilers ahead.
The plot:
Lurin now works and lives in the Ghostlands as a high profile ranger, maybe someone in charge. One night, his regiment finds a night elf druid and manages to capture this "spy", Maran, to bring him to their camp as a war prisoner to be interrogated. However, it turns out that Maran wasn't working for the Alliance anymore, but rather the Cenarion Expedition (collecting frogs to take to Zangarmarsh for food). However, Lurin finds this out too late, having already delivered Maran to a contingent of orcs, called by two elves underneath his command, to be shipped to Ogrimmar, where he'll be tortured, interrogated and executed. Lurin will help him escape, somehow, becoming a traitor of the Horde and having to convince Maran who, pissed off that Lurin would just deliver him to the enemy without even hearing his story, refuses to help the blood elf escape. Lurin does eventually get captured by a scouting band in Stranglethorn after following Maran to the Dark Portal for days, where Maran realises he's in love and finally comes around to help him. When they both escape the scouting party, Maran takes Lurin to Moonglade where after much arguing with the druids they manage to settle down.

As anyone can see these aren't a professional writer's notes, just basic stuff. Anyone who read my Tamed story will also notice I'm changing the character's personalities a bit for the harder. They've both grown and been through a lot of shit, Lurin most dramatically.
Anyway, my objective with this post is to get some feedback on the story and what I should change to improve. It'll document my thoughts on the process. It might go a long, long time without being touched. It might be discontinued. Who knows?
