rant
I know it's almost the end of my internship and also no one reads this, so in the end, this will amount to nothing. However, I am getting so goddamned annoyed, it will make me feel much better if I addressed this issue.
I. WORK. FROM. 7:30 AM. TILL. 5:00. PM. AND. I. DON'T. GET. HOME. TILL. ABOUT. 6 PM.
This means, during those hours, do not call or IM me because I will not be able to get to you at that point in time. I have been working at this job since goddamn January, and I still have people calling me during the day, ASKING IF THEY WOKE ME UP. wtf? It's 1 PM, I've been up for 7 hours and I just got back from my lunch break (if they gave me one). And, I'm still coming home to finding IM messages on my computer..c'mon people, if I leave the house at 7, and come back a little before 6, what makes you think I can answer your IM at 3 in the afternoon?
Not that I don't appreciate that attempts at communication, but it does rub my nerves raw when people keep forgetting the fact that I work full-time.

Anyways, I come from work to find an impromptu family reunion at the house. What the hell have I done to deserve this?
