(no subject)
So... my cat finally came home last night... after standing out there and calling her for an hour... We cleaned her up... and not sure what bit her... but whatever it was... gnawed on her head... alot... there are several teeth marks... and they go pretty deep... the whole right side, (her right), is swollen so much that she can't see out that eye... and her ear is bothering her... hence her shaking her head and leaning to that side... we think it's just infected... but we're watching her because agian... we arn't sure what bit her.... and there was a racoon around here not too long ago that had rabies... the bad thing about this... is that she scratched me... so mom's all watching me now... I'm not worried though... because she seems to be getting better... even though we're keeping her in the kennel and in the house for a couple of days... until the swelling gets better... we're putting stuff on it to make it not hurt as much... and pampering her in the process... so it can't be too bad for her... ~smiles~... aside from the occational glare and growl... she knows that we're only doing things to help her... or else she would have fought harder to get away from me when mom was cleaning it with proxide... it hurt... and she cried... but she didn't wiggle free or anything... didn't even try... on another good note... the interview went well... I have a seccond interview this tuesday... hoping that will go well too... the lady that interviewed me today seems to think I have a good shot... I hope she's right... the great thing about this is... I walk about two miles there... and two miles back... great exercise... I'm happy about it... after walking home today... I'm all excited and energized... and very happy... 'cept for the worrying about my kitty... which mom just realized how old she is... though she still looks like a kitten of one or two... she's ten years of age.
