I woke up at right about 6:30am, which was perfect, because that is when the second day of fasting officially ended. I was a little thirsty, but didn't feel like I was dying of thirst. I've felt much worse when working outside all day in the summer, or after a hot yoga workout. Maybe doing these things helped make me accustomed to dehydration. Honestly, the first day was harder for me than the second, because I felt hungry then. Yesterday was much better, even though I didn't eat anything at all.
I got up and drank some coconut water, which is supposed to be especially hydrating, then went back to bed for a bit. After Ray took his shower, I got up and showered and got dressed and we went to eat breakfast at MiMi's Cafe. I did have a clementine before we went to MiMi's, just to put something easily digestible into my stomach first. After the clementine I started to feel a little hungry and was ready for the chocolate chip banana pancakes. Getting back to normal now.
