If you happen to been friends of my friends and keeping and eye on their journals you might know what I’ve been up too, if not here is one of my infamous catch up posts.
Monday 3rd of July
So it all started this day… I went east. From Western Australia to Canberra (my original homeland) I left early afternoon and arrived late evening, complete with a stop over in Adelaide, that’s where things got interesting.
In Adelaide…
Ok so I did the right thing and put my clock forward two hours. I looked at tht time and thought that the plane was 30min late so I texted Cally
> Plane from Adelaide is running 30-40min late <
Then I realised I was 30min ahead >.<, so I texted Cally again
> Ignore last text <
Man I looked like an idiot!
Anyway when I got to Canberraland (as Cally calls it) we’re all standing at baggage claim looking for my bag (bright purple it is) and there like 16 bright purple bags … WTF!
Tuesday 4th of July
Well sleeping in Canberraland at Cally’s is always fun … if you count four hours as sleep XD!!! (Love Ya Cally-sis) We got up about 8am (6am Perth time) well, correction I got up at 8 and waked Cally. We sat around and discussed what we might do when Cally’s mum got home and in the end we all went to Tuggeranong (Holy shit I forgot how to spell it!) I must say three years can certainly change a place. Cally and I when Game shopping, well to be exact we when Game window shopping.
In EB Cally found this Jackal Figure and she’s like “Squueee, look a Jackal” I was like “hmmm” (I’m not a major Jackal fan, so I flip the box over and look at the others in the set and there is the Heretic Elite Leader!) We where both like OMIGOD SQUEEEEE!
So we ran around the shop, trying to see if they had any and we found the last two … fate? So we left EB with two Heretic Elite Leaders in tow. Cally’s Elite army is growing, I have to get two more then I’ll have caught up … for now *Snicker* xD
Wednesday 5th of July
Slept in sorta this morning and then we when to Woden in the afternoon I got to fight with Optus cause they threatened to cancel my service …WTF
Thursday 6th of July
Today was the day when Cally and I commuted to Sydneyland! We piled onto a bus and off we went… three hours is a damn long time when one forgets the art of switching one’s brain off… thank god for chocolate! The bus only made two stops, Sydney airport and Sydney Central Station.
At the airport the bus driver made an announcement, which went along the lines of
“… Thankyou for travelling with us I hope to see you all in the Next Future …”
ROLF- Classic ENGRISH!! We laughed our heads off
When we arrived at Central he announced again
“…Thankyou for travelling with us, I hope to see you all in the Future… as apposed to the Next Future we is never going to happen …”
It would seem that someone had corrected him. Cally and I parted ways at Central I found out my train came in half and hour and spent most of that time cursing City-Rail … Welcome to Sydney!
I moved in with ‘lana and her family (well for this portion of the holiday at lest)
Friday 7th of July
Well this was the “A night in fantasia” night. So I went to the city early, dragging ‘lana with me XD I woke her at 7am peoples! We met with Flay and nisha at 10ish and wandered around for an hour or so then nisha had to go to work.(11ish) at 12 we went to collect the furs I meet Jay for the first time …
Anyway at 3pm we went to the concert I brought ‘lana a ticket, because she was busting to go, to the concert that was. I must say there are no words to describe how friggen brilliant it was!
‘lana and I went home straight after as I was tired and her mum wasn’t going to be impressed that ‘lana got a ticket, so I left Flay to collect photos and signatures for me
Saturday 8th of July
Tackled storage today, due to arguments that occurred recently over trying to move the crappage. ‘lana come with and her sister Jen, it only took us an hour or so and then ‘lana and I went to see Pirates: Dead man’s Chest! It was Figgen good I will give away this much… two quotes …
“… look; un-dead monkey…”
“… I’ve got a jar of dirt ...”
And the fact that the HAVE to make a third
Sunday 9th of July
Today was a Parramatta Trip; Me, Flay, Frankie, ‘lana and the furs. Nisha had to work. We just basically bummed around in Parra. We didn’t stay as late as usual as I was major-ly tired
Monday 10th July
I moved into nisha’s today and ‘lana, nisha and I bummed around there for the day.
Tuesday 11th July
I had a meeting with important people today and caught up with my aunt’s friend after some date confusion! >.< don’t ask
Later we had a movie night at nisha’s I met her friend Sara. Sara ROCKS! We watched “Wedding Crashers” and “the Forgotten”
Wednesday 12th of July
We slept late, Movie night Fatigue I say! Then we cooked pancakes, that was soooo random we burnt them all but one the alarm went off twice and it was all good fun. At about 11 Sara had to run and nisha ‘lana and I went city hopping and blew money!
Thursday 13th of July
Flay and Went to the zoo… BABY SNOW LEOPARDS. In the morning and stopped off in town hall on the way back to Parra. Where we hooked up with nisha and went to Parra for dinner after we all spent time getting frustrated waiting for ‘lana.
