Hey there, sweet pea...I thought you were watching a movie with Dobby?

It's Dobby's job to be boring, Cuddlebug, he isn't a brilliant little girl like Daddy's Angel.

Brilliant enough to start school this fall, too!

Of course Daddy can go to school with you if you'd like! Daddy will have to wait outside in the bushes so your teacher doesn't have an extra student, though. Until the bloody Muggle police show up to arrest the pedophile lurking in the shrubbery, that is.

You want to give Daddy his present now? Honey, his birthday isn't until Tuesday...don't you want to wait?

Waiting is overrated, I say.

What have you got there, pet?

Oh my goodness, what a pretty box!

Shut it, Potty.

I don't know if I can open it all by myself, Emmy, you had better give Daddy some help with that tricky ribbon. . . .

You can have a small piece of cake - just a small one. You had almost as much as your Daddy today already...

She can sleep later. Let her eat cake!

Maybe we can see Amelia tomorrow, honey.

Nice try, sneaklet. Tomorrow is after you've gone to bed and woken up.

Remember, sweetheart, Amelia doesn't live here anymore. She moved with her daddy to a house of their very own.

Maybe once they're all settled in and Amelia's room is set up, Precious.

I'll bet that she misses you, too, pumpkin.

This is bloody ridiculous, Potter. I hope that if the situation were reversed, we wouldn't hold our children hostage to spite their friends' parents.

Should we owl him?

As if he would reply. I say that if no one turns up here tomorrow, which they won't, we put in a fire call to Molly Weasley to see if Anderson dropped the baby off there, instead. She would never object to having extra company.
