I am NOT HAPPY!
Where the hell are my Sanctuary DVD's? I pre-ordered in January, they're due for release on 9th March and there's no sign of them, Play.com haven't taken the money yet and the order info on my account has changed TODAY from "pre-ordered" to "order taken". Order taken? What the hell does that mean? It usually says "oreder confirmed" or "order posted", I've never seen it say "order taken" before. *cries* There's more than enough money in my account ( I checked three times, just to be sure!), so it's not that. Normally Play are excellent at pre-order stuff, they process it in advance and it will arrive at my house on the day of release, but today is the 10th is it not?? The DVD I ordered on sunday has already been posted and should be here tomorrow, but the one I ordered way back in January...nuh uh.
If they're not here tomorrow, I'm gonna kick off!

*sigh* I also have to email the company I bought my walking shoes from. Paid £65 for them, wore them once and the sole has come out of one of them! Bugger. Not a good week for online retail.
