Wedding!!!
I went to a wedding fayre today... Oh My God!
So many pretty things! And sooooooo much to do! Also... ££££££££££££££££ <--going to need lots of these!
I have a shitload of leaflets and brochures to look through. I was told by a photographer today that we need to be booking people NOW for next year. Apparently bookings for next year are through the roof already! He thinks it might be because we're slowly coming out of the recession, people have been waiting until they have more money. He also had three people this week book him for 2012 and one person enquiring about 2013! What? Lol! Erm... need to book this thing quickly! I'm hoping that since we don't want summer months we'll be OK.
I sat in a white 1963 Rolls Royce today and instantly fell in love with it. The driver guy was really nice too and he talked to us for ages about all the different options for transport.
It's odd how a few of the companies there had people who just didn't talk to us! WTF? You're there to promote your business, being a mardy twat and ignoring people is not going to convince anyone to use your service! Even a smile would help.
Some of them were lovely though and spent as long as we wanted just chatting and talking us through things. We were actually the last people to leave because a woman who owned a wedding dress shop was talking to us for so long. She was lovely and I will definitely be visiting her shop!
