I finished my Christmas shopping today. That's it. All done and dusted. This is the earliest I've ever ever finished. Very proud of my organised self. :)
Just gotta wait for a couple of gifts to be delivered from the US. I ordered them three weeks ago, but I've promised myself I won't panic unless they haven't arrived by next weekend.
I also put the tree up today. :) OH was helping, but he complained that I kept "fixing" the bits he'd done and gave up and went to listen to the footie instead. Lol. It's much better that way. We aren't one of those couples who are gonna fight over Xmas decorations every year, but seriously, he unravelled all of the lights and was gonna start with them at the top of the tree. Not a bloody clue. Much better to just do it myself. And he kind of made up for it by saying I looked pretty lit up by the fairy lights. Awwww. *squishes him*
The puppy is not impressed that we've taken "his" chair upstairs to fit the tree in the living room. He keeps lying under the tree to point out that it's his space and he's not happy we've changed it. Heh. I have pigs ears that were for Christmas, but I might give him one tonight to say sorry. Lol.
