(no subject)
OMG, my day at work?? Fucking crazy!! I had to do the ordering for all three hospitals today!! WHAT? Ugh. And as if that isn't bad enough, I was having a bit of a dopey day to boot. Tried to divert my phone because I was working in a different office, tried three times before I realised I was trying to divert it to my own extension!! *facepalm* What a numpty. Lol. So yeah, had a crazy day where I constantly had about five things to do at once ("and please, could you have three of those done in the next 30 seconds?" "Are you taking the piss or what??"), finally got my desk cleared (ish) at 4pm, ready to start the new job we took on this week....er.....nightmare!! The computer fucked up to I had to phone the wholesalers and place each order line by line over the phone...got halfway down an order and realised I'd phoned the wrong wholesaler!! Shiiiiit!
This was at 4.55pm.
Ugh. Left my office at 5.10 (i finish at 5) to find three msgs from OH and a missed call on my mobile. "It's raining, I'll come and pick you up." "Babe, did you get my message?" "I take it you're walking then?" ARGH! Called him and he was already half way home again! Lol! He did come back and get me though. :) And then we went for a curry, since he got paid yesterday.
Ooooh, speaking of, I got the best payslip I've had in about three years today! :D My first thought was "oooh, I can get Mac DVDs!" but first I'm gonna be sensible and get my car taxed and pay a chunk off the overdraft. Need to be completely in the black before xmas really. Oh, and the terror is at the vets on Friday too, which is gonna be at least £50.
We think he has Atopic Dematitis. Anybody got a dog with this? According to the website OH was researching it on, it can be treated with drugs, although god only knows how much they are gonna cost. And no, his insurance won't cover it. Bastards. Hopefully the vet can diagnose it soon and we can get him sorted out, bless him. He's getting pretty bad again. Has pulled out all the new fur that had grown and is making himself very sore. :( Poor puppy.
If it's not Atopic Dermatitis...well, I don't really know where we go from there. A few people have mentioned malabsorption and various vitamin deficiencies. My dad thinks it's because he's on a raw diet. Grrrr! As if I would feed my dog something that's going to damage him! And this is coming from a man who feeds his Border Collie Pedigree fucking Chum! His BC has the worst teeth and breath... ugh. You just have to look at my boy's pearly whites to see how good it is for him. And hello?! Food allergies have been firmly ruled out already! "but dogs need biscuits in their diet" WHAT?? When was the last time you saw a wild animal tucking into a biscuit? That man drives me nuts. I want to throw my canine nutrition books at him. All at once. Very hard. Preferably aimed at his head... *sigh* Prick.
