Hottest day of the year?? Where the fuck did that sneak up on us from? Could the predictions for an Indian summer actually be true? *crosses fingers*
Work....ugh. Bosses are squabbling over what work I should actually be doing. Top boss wins of course, which means my old supervisor has been mardy as her fucking arse today. I hid in my office alot today. Heh. And scored a free cream cake too! Woo! Except, I'm supposed to be eating less treats, but if someone else buys it, it doesn't count right? Would be rude to say no wouldn't it? :)
For the last three days, I've been leaving five minutes later for work to make myself walk quicker in the morning, thinking that if I raise my heartrate a bit more, that's better than just walking comfortably. Except for today, when I was actually a titchy bit late and had to almost power walk! LOL! I was tempted by the car for a second or two, but I stuck to walking and made it just in the nick of time. Now, my legs ache. lol. Might have to give myself and extra five mins tomorrow. lol.
I've had Lily Allen stuck in my head all day. I'm a little behind and have only just discovered her second album. I loves it! :)
