Writer's Block: Teen Time Machine
I was a teenager in the 90's and I wouldn't change that for the world!! Best decade ever!!
Work this week has gone so fast!! I thought it would drag, but my new job makes the days go quicker.
Out with work mates tomorrow night, which should be a laugh. None of the bosses are going so we'll be able to make fools of ourselves and not have to be on best behaviour! Lol. :)
Some of our "friends" *bites tongue and tries not to rant* are coming up with the crappest excuses why they can't come to the engagement party. Two of them have just ignored my messages and calls completely. Fuck 'em. One of my mates, bless her, lives down in Slough and I wasn't expecting her to make it up here on such short notice anyway, but she has a great excuse! It's Glastonbury weekend and she's going... I think that's a valid reason not to come. Lol. :)
I sooooo have to do a festival next year. I say it every frigging year and never go...but I really really want to. Before I'm too old and crinkly and one of those people all the kids look at like "WTF are YOU doing here??" Heh. I'd LOVE to do Glasto. Or maybe Reading or The Big Chill. Or Rock Ness! Rock Ness looks awesome this year!
I have Siler crack fic to post as soon as it has a title! Heh. And I'm more than halfway through the next one. wanderingsmith's bunny bit me and gave me my writing mojo back. Had a frantic "scribble it all down in my lunch break" session today. :D
Oh, and did you know I have my engagement ring now??? Did I mention that??? :D :D :D
