Bugger this for a game of soldiers...
I've been reading my friends page for over an hour and only caught up to May 30th. What?? I just can't read through everything, it's killing my brain.
So, I'm kinda skimming. And gonna be lazy and ask a favour of my flist. If any of you posted fic in the last two weeks, could you point me in the right direction?
As for RL stuff...i may catch up one day if I find myself with a few hours to spare, but at the moment I just don't. So if you got married or popped out any kids or something while I was away, let me know, k? Lol.
Thank you all so much for the congratulation messages! :D We're gonna book the engagement party for the 27th June. It's the only one that works for most people and isn't going to cost a fortune. Can you believe one place wanted £500 for the room and £8 per head for food?? It's not a wedding FFS! I'm just concerned that with such short notice people might not be able to come.
Went to see my folks last night. My mum cried as soon as she saw us. Lol. She's cried three times now. Once when she got the message that I'd said yes, once when she saw OH's mum when they swapped the dog over and then last night. And then she cried again when she asked if she could be there when I go to pick a wedding dress. Awwww. Lol.
My sister, who will be bridesmaid, is more excited about planning the hen night than the wedding! LOL! And my other sis is 17 next Sat so she'll be old enough to come too by then. Awesome. She's planning a hen weekend away somewhere I think. It's two years away, but she's excited already. Lol. Bless.
And LOL! How excited did I just get that I can now have a "rl - wedding" tag??
