“I'm telling you, it's dodgy as hell! He just kisses her without so much as a by your leave?”
“Yes,” Hermione snapped. “How does the wizarding version of Sleeping Beauty wake up, then?”
Draco looked at her as if she had two heads. “By magic, of course.”
“Of course,” she sighed. “What happens then?”
“They rebuild the castle and have lots of arguments, and somehow they fall in love. Eventually.” His blush was wholly unexpected.
Then Hermione put the pieces together, and tried not to smile. “Sounds very familiar.”
“Well, if it worked for them...”
