Set immediately after the end of Season 5 of NCIS it follows Ziva David as she is assigned to Atlantis at the insistence of Israel. At first lost and uncertain, Ziva finds a place for herself and friends. However, when some of the expeditionary force are killed under odd circumstances she finds her duties overlapping with NCIS.
This is an outstanding fic in every way - plot, voices, characterisation and, most of all, in the way that the use of language conveys mood so expertly. Highly recommended.
