the background info(goes with other post)
Most people have people they don't like or even hate. Many people will deny this...but it's true. Unfortunately most people also try to get as many people to like them as possible...even if they don't like the people they are trying to get to like them.
Most of my life i was nice to almost everyone. I would befriend pretty much anyone. No matter how mean someone treated me i would usually treat them civily and still help them if i could or they asked. I didn't always consider these people friends. I haven't really been a trusting person since the age of 5. My lines were much deeper than most, but if you crossed one you surely knew it. I did keep things hidden more often. As I grew older, people took advantage of me more often. After some very rediculous and horrible things I changed significantly.
That whole adage of treat others how you want to be treated...well if people were treating me this way then they must want me to treat them the same....so that's what i do. Rarely am I a bitch to someone without them being horrible to me first. It's funny how most of them are in denial of it. I do apologize to those who end up getting bitched at from what seems out of nowhere(ususally right after one of those people who treat me like the most horrible person in the world, has spoken to me)...and I do apologize to them.
I do have friends. I am nice to many people. With very few exceptions I am nice to people to begin with....it's just I am very garded after all the cruelty and betrayal. If I'm not nice to you at first...it generally means that I'm reading somthing from your emotions that I just don't want to mess with. I like honesty. I will tell you why I don't like you if you ask....please do the same to me. However I do not pretend to be nice for the sake of being nice(only in very rare circumstances such as with sick children who are getting on my nerves).
I don't care if people call me a bitch...because it's true. I just hope that most of those who are saying it realize that there are many who think they are as well.
