The Voyage Home Pt. 4 (The Dragon has Landed)
Well I have my diggs. I have the basics of survival. And tomorrow, I teach. Wha... I think one of the scadians hit it right on the nail when I told them of my whirlwind entrance into London: "That's amazing... two days in town and you're already at the pub! You really hit the ground running!" Indeed I feel I have. Now I just need to coast into my first paycheck and get in my teaching groove.
There are two cats in my flat, this rocks.
Watching too much British comedy has certainly pre-mixed my dialect. I am making some language corrections already; primarily imputting 'Brilliant!' as my positive affirmation phrase.
I'm tired. Gonna do something mindless or nap for a while.
Also, the journal and facebook will soon be locked into friends only mode to impede student efforts to be inquisitive into my personal life.
