Dragon*Con!
Dragon*Con is looming!!!
And I haven't planned a single damn costume.
I will probably do something fairy-ish at least one day, like always. And then wear my Melody Minuet outfit. This is stuff I have sitting around. Maybe I'll even do my lame Kaylee (though I need to find a new parasol!) (lame because I wear overalls instead of a coverall with a little bear on it. I could put the bear on & up my authenticity level... ^_^)
I don't think I'll do Twi'lek this year, cause I think Raul is tired of it, I don't really want to wear one of the past two years' costumes, and my hair is growing out... Unless maybe I'd wear my scrubs & be a Twi'lek nurse... (Crap, that sounds like a neat idea!) Perhaps I could haunt a costuming shop and find a different way to paint myself. Hmm...
My favorite costuming, really, is dressing up with a group. And I haven't gotten to do that much ever. Hmm...
Future costume desires:
- X-men (Rogue, Shadowcat, Jubilee...)
- Star Trek (Random Starfleet Officer? Ooh or Donna Murphy's character in Insurrection; or a Vulcan, I have ears that could pass, I'd just need a severe haircut)
Favorite media at the moment, but whotf could I be in them?
- Twilight
- Trueblood
- Bones
- Scrubs
- ...?
And whatever I wear needs to stand up to the graveyard shift in the Con*Suite. Yep, I'll be in the Con*Suite from 11pm-7am each night. Come by, bring movies & knitting! :)
