NaNo Update, Day 3: Making Friends
The actual writing didn't go so well today. I procrastinated again, and now it's after 1:30 am, I'm only at 3.771 words out of a goal of 5,000, and I'm going to bed. :P
Good news if that people are starting to show up in my regional thread, and we're meeting tomorrow. Hopefully I'll e able to catch up then. Also, another girl in my dorm decided to give it a go, which is awesome!
It saddened me that the site was down for a good chunk of the day, but I was also happy, because that means there were a lot of writerly folk around. <3

In other news, I was trolling Wikipedia while I should have been writing and came across something that freaked me out a bit. I was reading the "slash" article which led me to the "mpreg" article, which had this link at the bottom: "Xenopregnancy, cross-species pregnancy, e.g. having pigs carry human fetuses." o_O I've never heard of this before. Weird! Why would they even want to do that?
