Jealousy. That was what Eames felt when he saw Arthur chatting with some stranger. Of course.
Eames had expressed his interest, and Arthur had seemed flattered, but as of yet nothing more serious happened. And, to be honest, Eames was disappointed. Arthur had seemed interested likewise, but other than that it was like speaking to a wall: he was so non-communicative in regards to his feelings, and trying to get him to talk about something such as dating or getting into a relationship was akin to torturing him. He just didn't like it, for some reason and seemed to shy away from the topic. And Eames couldn't blame him. He was the same way.
"Hey."
Arthur was back, drink in hand, and suddenly Eames' jealousy was gone as soon as Arthur flashed him a grin. For the moment, the whole world faded away and as far as Eames was concerned all that existed in the world was just him and Arthur, together.

She can smell the other woman on him, her perfume, her body lotion, more personal, private scents she can’t even think about or she’ll lose her grip on herself. Her boys have never given her a reason to feel jealousy, but she knows that‘s what the feeling is. Sharp and raw and dangerous. It is not green as they say. It is dark. It is red and black and savage. It makes her want to cry and tear his throat out. Instead she swallows it down because it’s her only choice. She shouldn’t know. She wouldn’t if she were normal.
