To Spend or Not to Spend?
I just completed the third killer week at Reliable Delivery. That means I have convinced myself that it's finally time to purchase an Xbox 360 and Halo 3. Do I do it this weekend or next? Today is already half over and we're heading to Eakins' soon, but I have all day tomorrow to play fuck-all. Next weekend I will have to work Saturday, and then there will be Partytowne USA in Hastings after that. I would have to buy another controller so some other human can join in the fun of action packed goodness. Sigh....what to do!
Dontrelle Willis shit his pants on the mound again today. Not a single solid appearance in Spring Training. His arm is toast and he will never be a major league pitcher again. If he is rubbish on an 80 degree afternoon in Florida (where he pitched well for several years for the Marlins), what's he going to be like on a 36 degree evening in Detroit? No way. It's down to Nate Robertson or rookie Rick Porcello for that coveted 5th spot (aka the buffer outing between Galarraga and Verlander).
Shittfield has bounced back and surpassed the Mendoza line at .217 for his batting average. He does lead the team in walks. Still rubbish.
