Ouch
Hey guys, and gals. I didn't go to school yesterday, I didn't go today either. I am so sore. I can't stand up. When I manage to, it takes forever to sit back down. It was those stupid lunges. I will hopefully make it to school tomorrow. For those of you who don't know, I have quite the jv softball thing. I am still going to play, just for BC. I would end up having more fun there any way. I just don't have the time to worry about it all. Plus, my dad wants softball to be my first priority. GOD is my first priority... I can go without extra softball.
My mom called last night, go me. I was right when I said she wasn't going to be home until Friday. My dad and Jami said Wednesday or Thursday. Maybe that will teach them to listen to me more often.
I had fun in Tuesday. Everyone was a little off focus though. I really needed that, to get out of my house. I did miss Gilmore Girls though. I will figure out how to get it recorded. My dad was yelling at me yesterday. I told him about Tuesday nights, and that it was a weekly thing. Does he remember, no. I told him about my field trip. Does he remember, no. I am sick of him remembering what I do to piss him off. Everything else I do or say seems to go in one ear, and out the other. I can't wait to get out of this house! I can't wait till I can drive and get a job. School, job, church, and softball will get me out of the house. Two more years... then two more and I am out. I don't like school very much, but I can't wait to go to collage!
Hebrew 1:9 'You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore GOD, your GOD, has set you above you companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. This was one of the verses we came to Tuesday night. The topic of the night was anointing. The Webster Dictionary gives us this definition: To smear or rub over with oil; also to spread over , as oil. In this verse God is 'rubbing' the oil of joy on us. What does this mean? I translate it as this: Because we love what is right and do what is right, God rewards us. He does this by giving us joy. Do what right, and good. Be faithful to GOD. If you do so He will give us his glory and joy.
That is all I have to say. Pray for Ryan and my dad too, please. Pray for the concert this weekend. It is going to be so awesome. I am out...
