As good as it gets......riiiiight
hey, im back from another adventure with my report. On friday the Perry family went to cadillac. For those of you that dont know where that is, its close to Traverse City, for those of you that don't know where Traverse city is, you need to get out more. The long car ride was made more fun with the help of a portable dvd player and strong bad emails on dvd. Once we got to cadillac, we checked into our hotel. The Cadillac Sands Inn. Their slogan was "...As Good as it gets." but that proved to be very dissapointing. The Beds were hard and the pillows smelled of hair that was washed bi-anually. 16 Tv Channels and not a single one exciting. Once we were checked in, we went into town. We walked along the shops, I got a mad mag. -). Sleeping was very hard, and We found out that every snowmobiler, (all millions of them) drank. It was very noisy, and being able to sleep was a challange. The next day we left early to Caberfae Peak. Snowboarding is harder than it looks. My entire family tried it. Even me mum and dad. My sister found it very displeasing. But even with all the tumbles i took, i found it fun and exciting. My dad was very good, which took all of us by suprise. I fell so many times, that i did somersaults. The entire experiance was one of great fun, and i will update with pictures later. After that we swam at the hotel, and chiled out. Sleeping was no easier that night. This morning we woke up, swam, and checked out of the hotel. i am very sore. The car ride was long, but not as long as most would think. we stopped in Birch Run and went shopping, i got new shoes. my feet are too big. my size = my age. yea. after shopping we proceeded home. unpacking was easy. we went to meijer and i looked for a cd, but they didnt have it. after that, we came home and i called target to see if they had the cd, and they did. so i went to target and bought the Arctic Monkey's- Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not. i think that i will sleep well tonight. updating in a very weird type of vocabulary - Dr. Steveo
