baby updates
Baby was born on February 22nd via c-section. Male. Seven pounds, six ounces and 21 inches.
He's been named Joseph Solomon and is being affectionately called "Joey" by me and Mary. We're bottle-feeding with formula, obviously, and he's been sleeping in our room in a bassinet by the bed. [locked to family]Mary's been waking up to feed him because I'm not allowed to use the stairs until I'm healed from the c-section.[/locked]
Joey basically sleeps, eats, cries and poops at this stage in his life and he seems to be completely human. He's completely adorable and I find myself oddly fascinated with his every movement. Mary makes a beautiful mother; there's something very beautiful about seeing your wife holding your baby.
In short: Mother, Baby and Father are all well.
