(The feed turns on with a loud clatter, as if it has just fallen to the floor from a high distance. There is no video, but the clatter is followed quickly by the sound of a series of congested coughs that sound as if they're attempting to be stifled. The breathing that ensues is fast and ragged, but is insignificant to the coughs which continue every now and then.
With a flicker, the video turns on to show a sideways view of the bathroom floor within the Sohma apartment. Hatori has managed to get himself there as a means of trying not to bother his other cousins. He's just modest like that. When the video clears up completely, all that can be seen is one of his hands on the floor, as if supporting him. The other is up to his mouth as an attempt to quiet the sounds of the coughs. A blanket is slowly beginning to slip off him and near the camera as his body shakes from this horrible coughing.
When the blanket finally slips to the floor, all that can be heard is the shallow breathing. After a few minutes, he slowly reaches down to grab the blanket with his other hand. For a split second, his palm comes into view, on which is the familiar sight of blood. Before one has much time to register if it was just the trick of an eye, however, he has grabbed the blanket and sat back, out of view.
