What up lj, it's been far too long since we last saw each other.
The weekend was definitely a good one.
Jansen and Stacy came up on friday and it was amazing to see them as always.
I fucking love that guy, and this weekend only made it even more apparent that we are the same person.
Oh, and in case you people didn't know this already, Jansen + Stacy = cutest thing ever....duh.
After the J & S (or is it S & J?) showed up, we went and saw Barking Lizard's Club Dread
It was definitely not as good as Super Troopers, but it had its moments, and by moments, i mean hot girls.
After the movie, we went with Joiner, Jackie and Ashley to D to the enny's.
Of course, good times were had. I love Denny's mozzerella cheese sticks way too much.
After Dennizzles, we went back to the apartment (307 what-what?!) where me and Jansen showcased our wonderful talents in the Kevin Bacon Game, we're nerds.
Saturday I woke up to some Halo goodness with Jansen and Lake.
I kicked my fair share of ass thank you very much.
Jansen of course blames the grizzly bear controllers, that's all i have to say about that.
Jansen and Stacy left, and so my life ended.....
Just kidding, but things did definitely get a lot less cool once they left, which is understandable.
But as a consolation, I was lucky enough to have 2 sexy ladies accompany me to the Atascadero High School production of 42nd Street.
I went to this because my roommate was playing trumpet in the orchestra, not because i have nothing better to do, cuz i totally do.
The show was pretty good. I mean, it was nothing compared to good old SMHS, but what is?
Seeing the show really made me miss performing in musicals...oh well.
After the show, Jackie and I watched Donnie Darko, which was cool, but it got me thinking...
Jackie had said that she wanted to see the movie because she had seen that so many people put it as their favorite movie.
But I don't think most people who say they like this movie actually understand exactly why it's so awesome.
I mean, when I first saw the movie, I had to go online and read about the movie for an hour just so I could fully understand everything about it.
And it wasn't until then that I truly realized the greatness and passion that the writer/director put into this movie. It's just so detailed.
Oh well, I guess people who don't understand it just wanna pretend like they're all deep and say it's their favorite movie or something....
I woke up today at 3:30. fuck yeah. Didn't do much either, but that's cool.
Tomorrow is the start of "Dead Week". Too bad someone forgot to tell my professors that, cuz my workload is far from dead this week.
NEWSFLASH: Jackie is no longer my friend, for she does not like the movie Charlotte's Web. That is all.
