i was trying to figure out what "Klaatu Verata Niictu" meant online, and I found this poem. Some site called angelfire i think.. I thought it was half-way decent. Ten points to he who knows what movie that line is from.
I call out to her
But the sound of silence fills my ears
I cannot hide now from the scouts of fate
Destiny has manned my carriage,
Steering me through the roads of life
The taste of death fills my mouth
Remorse builds inside of me and an emptiness grows
Not until grasping this poison bottle
Did I feel the hands of fate pressing death on my neck
Death's hand cannot tarnish her beauty
Nor can a million years of death's relentless attacks
With this drink my pain be relieved and my emptiness filled
My love for her be marked with blood
Yay! Nice and gothicy. Some one was sooo sad. boo hoo. But for an emotional, gothicy, blah poem from high school, i like it.
It is damn hot! My fans need to work better. so does my a/c. I also need to go to class sometime this week. Like tomorrow, when my test and paper are happening.
