The Courthouse allows kids into the beer garden section. Unfortunately, this isn't so good in this weather.
The Landsdowne allows kids into the upstairs bistro area. The food is decent and quite cheap, and it wouldn't be too busy on a Sunday. The only downside would be the total lack of atmosphere of any kind.
The Warren View allows kids into the bistro area, but unfortunately I've had some bad experiences there ranging from really crap food to having beer thrown on me while waiting to buy drinks, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The last pub that comes to mind is the Golden Barley. Again, kids allowed into the bistro area (part of which is inside, part outside). Decent, not-too-expensive food. Don't know how busy it would get on a Sunday.
Botany View-Upstairs...the food is delcious and upstairs looks completely different from downstairs. There is a side entrance through to the bistro for those with kidlets.

I'll let you know if I think of more.

Other than that the Golden Barley isn't too bad although I've seen a few dodgy looking characters there and I think the Union's food is nicer.
