I was given out to the other day for not updating this journal often enough. Well, I'm sorry, but some of us have newspapers to run. Well, be a lackey of.
The biggest news I have these days is that I now have the most famous ponytail in Ireland as I have inadvertantly become the back and profile of the new Irish Daily Mail. I don't even work for them, but there I am on the telly - every bleedin' channel and, oh, it's a bad ad.
I'm also going to be in Stardust (controversial RTE drama) on Sunday. No doubt I will be on the ad in between too. Oh, the glamour.
Oh, the shame.
Read The Time Traveler's Wife, by Audrey Niffenegger, recently. It's very, very good. One of the best books I've read in a while. Great concept, great characters and all that sort of stuff...
I'm being rushed away for lunch now - see what I mean? I just don't get the time! - so I'm gonna go.
