Bonjour David!
I was going over some of the city plans that were revealed with the second ZPM, and it turns out that Corridor M, A-1 through R-12 are larger living quarters. I've included the layout of the area. As you can see, several "apartments" within this section have multiple bedrooms. There's even one in the D section that's like ours, with a master bedroom, second bedroom, and home office. If your men are interested, I'd recommend grabbing one of the layouts while you can. Maybe Jazlyn would like her own room?
I also have noted on the layout that between that corridor and ours, there seem to be a series of what look like classrooms. The anthropologists are theorizing that we've finally found one of the schools, with rooms ranging from nursery level to pre-adolescence. The nursery level also seem to have a couple sets of single private quarters nearby... Perhaps the teachers lived there?
I was thinking... Teyla mentioned that there are a couple women amongst her people who have lost their entire families in the last attack, unfortunately. If Elizabeth is amenable to the idea after we all speak to her about our "issues", perhaps we could ask one of the women if she'd like to be employed in the nursery? She could watch Jazlyn during the day, and help out with me after the baby's born. I know I can work from home during and a while afterward, but I will eventually need to return to the lab full-time, and it would be easier than our rotating days off and not seeing each other as often. Think about it, mention it to Marc and Calvin if your decision is what I think it's going to be. That way, we can be prepared when Elizabeth asks us how we're going to work and care for children. Like anyone else does, that's how.
