Well, a fine howd'ya do. I get to go off-world again and I'll miss Radek's return. He's not gonna be happy. At least we know what to expect, where I'm going. The Genii we're in truce with, Laden's bunch, need some help getting some atomic shielding installed. At least that's easy. I've got a small team, but a couple more soldiers this time. I will make sure to introduce myself... Urgh. Gotta get stuff together.
Rae nodded confidently to her team and to Chuck at the controls as he dialed the Genii's address. A short ka-whoopmh later, and they were hauling equipment through the gate. It didn't take long to get the equipment in the room, as Laden's men were eager to help. Rae softly snorted as she thought about how Rodney would berate them for not doing this sooner and dying horrible radiation-filled lingering deaths... She reassured her team that it would be fine as she donned the protective gear to go into the smaller shielded containment rooms. She smiled at the soldiers as they waited for her, warning them it could be an hour or two to get everything in place.
