DOH!
So yesterday I've official done the dumbest thing...
I was late for work so I rode to work very quickly (90 on Mt-Pleasant not smart...shh) and got to work quickly, jumped off my motorcycle, took the key out quickly, put my disclock on and locked my handlebar. Ran to work and did the whole working thing for 8 hours. Got my coat and stuff and walked to my bike and what do I see?
DUM DUM DUMMMMM! I left the parking light on all day. The battery was almost gone. SO I'm fucked. Luckily I know a motorcycle mechanic, I gave him a call and told him my story. Thank god I know him on a personal level. He tells me he'll talk to his boss and get off work early so he can come down to me and fix this shit up, only thing is I have to buy a battery charger (something I'd have to end up purchasing anyway... 100$) All he wanted was 20$ for gas and his time. So he gets here we charge the battery for about 30 mins and he starts the bike up by pushing it and stuff ... thank god! I got home finally at 8.30pm. (Getting CAA or a shop to help would have cost 200$ + battery charger)
Only problem... I was hoping it'd be charged enough so it would work this morning but it wasn't so I had to take the subway to work and I'll have to take the battery out tonight and charge it for awhile :(
