As day began to give itself over to night, the door to #4 Mauvaise Chance Apartments stood open and inviting. The door frame had been decked out with faux pillars with the words Casino Hallow’s Eve over the top. People could pick up a tray of, chocolate casino chips just inside the door for their playing pleasure. They would also find each set of tables manned by these creepy fellows. The figures remained motionless until someone came up to play then a bit of the 'angel’s miracle work' brought them to life to spin the roulette wheel, deal the cards or rake the dice.
[ooc: And by 'come to life' we mean really life like. They don't speak, which might be even creepier.]

It said nothing at all but reached for the marble with bony fingers and set it to spinning on the little wheel. In short order, the marbled bumped and bounced into place...

The dealer grinned at Parker...well, being a skull it was always grinning so perhaps it was simply looking at her to see if she placed another bet.

"Yes!" Arms raised in victory, Parker spun in place. Out of the corner of her eye, she thought she saw someone in the shadows as she danced.
After collecting her winnings, she turned around to see who it was.
