theatrical_muse 282. Cremation or burial? Talk funeral arrangements.
I don’t have a will. I probably should get on that. It’s just…one of those things I haven’t gotten around to…or maybe that I always manage to put off. And yes, I do remember what I do for a living and I am aware of how indiscriminate death can be.
Even though I don’t have many possessions of worth, I do have a few and I know specific people I’d like them to go. As far as actual funeral plans…I plan on cremation. That means that a memorial, not burial service, would be appropriate, I suppose. It’d be something small back in Baltimore, I guess.
Why cremation? My parents both have nice graves in Baltimore but…I don’t think I could handle being stationary, even in death. I’m not exactly sure yet where I’d like my ashes spread. There’s no one to give an urn to and I’d rather be a bit of everywhere anyway.
