Harvey Dent, a.k.a. Two-face, is responsible for the string of murders that have been dubbed the Lookalike Murders. While it had been previously assumed that the murderer was deliberately targetting those physically similar to Batman in order to send a message, it seems more likely now that Harvey was acting out the murders of people he knew, who were important to him in some way.
He's responsible for the attack on Nick Keyes, who is still in the hospital. I witnessed this attack, which was stopped by Batman and Batwoman. Harvey appeared to be in a trance-like state. Unaware of what he was doing. Neither Two-face or Harvey claim to remember any of the attacks, and I'm inclined to believe them
It's possible these attacks are a sign of further mental fracturing, or the development of a third personality, or something totally difference. It is very likely that Harvey/Two-face cannot control the emergence of this personality, putting everyone around him in danger of being killed. I would urge anyone harboring him to turn him into the police.
