A magazine story about the comic book hero's radio show

From the May 1941 issue of RADIO AND TELEVISION MIRROR (the "AND TELEVISION" is in much smaller print), here's an exploit of the Man of Steel from his early days. The writer isn't credited, but the art sure looks like Jack Burnley to me.
And I have to say Jimmy Olsen as a fifteen year old copy boy makes more sense as a character than Jack Larson's mid-twenties aged portrayal. If the ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN had cast a young kid in the role, Jimmy would have seemed more naive and enthusiastic than just plain dim.
