This place is a zoo
I don't even know where to begin regarding today's shift. I just don't.
I will say however, that if any more ER docs feel the need to barge into my OR during the middle of a procedure, stand over my shoulder and rant at another surgeon across the table, let alone call them miniscule genitalia, I am going to personally haul them back down to the ER and right into Weaver's office. What are we five, people?
Dr. Rasgotra, well done. Very well done. You may think I am being unnecessarily harsh at times but believe me, it's the only way you will learn not only the information and skill but the confidence necessary to be a successful surgeon. Good save on the kidney.

Once again, Dr. Albright has managed to be a general pain in my ass, the asses of most of the ER staff and in particular, Dr. Morris's replacement. She ignored a trauma page which I then had to answer and she still had the temerity to scrub in on the case once it got to the OR. I know she's displeased that I handed it over to Neela and told her to get out of the room and take Dr. Portman with her.
I am also changing my name. If I have to hear Lee Lee Lee Lee Lee...shouted at me by so many individuals squalling like spoiled children anytime in the near future...I just don't know anymore. Between Albright and Clemente I was about to tell them that Lee Dubenko doesn't exist.
