Happy Happy Joy Joy
A day off. A day off on the same day that Abigail isn't scheduled to work. Lee's happy. He's been happy ever since Abby came home from the rehab center, but today he has the added pleasure of knowing they won't have any outside interruptions to their very rare time off together. He's unplugged the phone, turned off his pager and cell and even taken the liberty of doing the same to his wife's pager.
He's making himself a pot of coffee while letting Abby sleep in, or at least not actively waking her up himself, he'll let the smell of fresh ground coffee being brewed take care of that. Lee's also poured a bowl of cheerios for Lily and given them to the toddler sans milk since he's letting her wander around the kitchen with the bowl in her hands, happily dropping the food on the floor as often as she's getting it into her mouth.
Good stuff, huh my Lily? He shakes his head as he watches the little girl.
Yumm...She shoves a handful of the little circles into her mouth.
