She's angry. She's upset. She's in the state of mind where she thinks you should accept her as she is and deal with it, which obviously you should not do.
I meant deal with it, not accept her. Of course you accept her for who she is...but that doesn't mean you don't want to help. She probably thinks that she's fine.
Start simple and work your way into the more difficult postures.
