FINALLY STEPHEN HARPER HAS COME BACK TO OTTAWA

Jan 24, 2006 17:22

This election was good for a number of reasons:

1. I hate Paul Martin and I'm glad to see he's resigned...he might have been a good Finance Minister, but a horrible leader

2. Change is good. After 13yrs, the Liberals were getting a little too comfortable there, thus the scandal after scandal. Besides, aside from not going to war with the Yankees, name me One great accomplishment the liberals have made the entire time they were in office

3. NDP has less than 30 seats...don't get me started on that party I hate them so much, they ruin everything they touch (see what happened when BC and Toronto voted them in and look what they've done to Sk...destroyed it beyond repair) I would vote bloc quebecois before NDP which brings me to my next point

4. Why is the bloc a federal party? THeir 50 seats are as big of a wastes as Gill Duceppe.

5. LIberals did not deserve to win. They just dropped the ball the entire campaign. They should have won this thing hands down, and the ppl probably would have given them a majority govt to spite Harper and they just completely fucked themselves

6. I am starting to like Harper. He says, yeah I'm blunt and I might be a bit of an asshole, but don't you want somebody whose gonna tell it how it is. I have a feeling he's gonna bring some good change to this country. Not to mention he wants to revamp our welfare which is great cause of all the lazy people who abuse it.

So people, what truly are you griping aobut with torry govn't. Liberals weren't cutting it. Give the PC a chance before you judge so harshly. And hey, its a minority govt, so if they drop the ball, we can oust them in 13months anwyays
