Civilization IV....FUcking Sweet
If you are any kind of strategy game fan, you gotta play this. I was not a huge fan of Civ III but they brought back Sid Meier to make Civ IV and its pretty fricken sweet. They have made some modifications to it, some great, some meh. They have added religion to it, and you send your missionaries to try and convert people. Its not so important that it determines the winner but there is perks to it. Unfortunately, no muslim fanatics/suicide bombers that I've discovered yet. You can be the "arabs" and its cool cause the game pieces when you click on them actually speak proper arabic. I was most impressed since usually the language is represented by "dirka dirka"...I assume that the language shit is true for all the other nations.
Oh and apparently, Jap is a derogatory term for Japanese. I was talking in the physicians lounge how after they attacked me "I waged war on the Japs and beat them like it was Hiroshima all over again" and everyone was like *gasp* uhmm...Jap is a racist term so I say "nah, Jap is just short for Japanese isn't it? I get called Leb all the time and I dont think its derogatory" Which brings me to my next poing....is Leb supposed to be derogatory? I just thought it was short for Lebanese. Anyways, fucking doctors are all racist anyways, they just act political.
Back to my original message, Civ IV is fucking sweet, I suggest anybody to go d/l, buy it or whatever, cause its more fun to beat you people than the computer...look fwd to online matches.
