Toptal is alwasy looking for top developers with a good English to work remotely on our clients' projects. We are interested in any technologies (iOS, Andriod, Ruby/RoR, PHP, Java, Python/Django, C#/.NET, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript, etc.) We offer flexible schedule and being a part of a global network of top freelance software developers

Requirements:

• Strong English ( able to communicate by voice)
• Standart stack of technologies you work with
• Strong development experience: 3+ years of extensive experience in your area.
• Remote work experience (would be a plus)
• Candidate must pass our application process described below:

Application process:

• Quick (5-10 mins) skype call to check your English.
• Online codility test (3 tasks, 90 mins). You could try a demo test here.
• Technical interview (about 1 hour - screen sharing, coding, interview).
• Test project (offline, you schedule a day/time slot check your solution with our engineer in skype).
