(no subject)
This coming month is one of challenge, and of tough decisions.
Challenge 1: New house, posession on the 30th, still no firmed partnership agreement, no insurance, no bank account, and worst of all, no summer tennants.
Challenge 2: New job? rumour says its mine, but is it the right choice? New city, New challenges, no more frontline, no more patient care (no more direct helping of the world)
Challenge 3: OPSEU Strike, inevitable, and nothing more than politics. Of course, the new job (and a new union) would rectify this.
Challenge 4: Finances considering the above 3 + no summer redwing tenants
I just watched a movie on CTV about SARS... It was... moderatly accurate, as accurate as what the media was given. It certainly showed some realism that hadn't been released prior to now... doubt anyone will listen though.
Had a nice dinner in the back yard with some local rabbits, whom seemed more interested in the male charging the female, and the female jumping straight into the air over her would-be attacker... repeatedly. It was rather amusing to watch.
Enjoyed the canoe race yesterday. I think I was the only person with any experience in the sport who raced. Still want to do a short trip this summer.
My father called me yesterday, How am I? What do I know? Can I lend him $2500 until the end of the month?... One would think he'd learn one day.
Wore an anti-bush T-shirt out on Friday... wow, what a conversation starter! I had at least 10 people stop to talk to me about it, all positive.
