Ran 15km today. It hurt. This scares me. HAve got to do 21.8km in a month's time. argh!
Lost some weight - another lb - am now 10st 8lb - despite stuffing my face all weekend!
Frankie still living outside, but a lot more willing to be loved now, it seems - and he does pop in for food. Am hopeful on this front, cos I don't want to loose him as well. Sigh. Full reports tomorrow, promise!
