Here and there...

What a week it's been with working and running around. I took off Tuesday for a doc appointment; had one on Wed. too. In addition to those appointments I was running around, to the store one day for a few things, getting my Birks repaired and getting my Brides Maids dress. I was a little annoyed at finding out my dress had come in on April 11, been called but I didn't get the message. They had the right phone number and for all I know they could have misdialed. I'm glad I called, yet couldn't they have done the same thing? It wasn't until today that I realized I'd gotten tangled up with a not so good store. The woman altering my dress is so sweet, and was telling me people were complaining about the store I got my dress. I can totally see this now and I know in future to stay clear of them. As I left the shop today leaving my dress there the woman (who's Catholic) wanted me to pray to St. Joseph for a good man. I'm not catholic but she was so sweet about it. There's a sweet guy out there for me somewhere.

Upside of things, Nelly is becoming a full reality and I'm thrilled beyond belief. Just yesterday I got some sheets of hairstyles from the 18th century. Some of them look like they lept off the pages of a Jane Austen Novel. Although Nelly won't have her hair upswept, just have back and down. She's an unmarried girl and I'm gonna have fun playing her. Last week I got some books from the library at work about Nelly to read over. The girl down there is soo sweet. I look forward to bringing Nelly to life again soon.
Looks like I'm finally going to see Beauty and the Beast. It's coming to Wolf Trap this summer and I've got two friends coming with me. Soooo excited as I've wanted to see this show for sooo long. Can't wait.

Next week promises a fun busy as I pick up my dress and head off to a friend's wedding. I'm looking forward to seeing ya'll again. It's been a while.
