Crank up the amp and fire up the fretboard - Road to V is back. The UK’s biggest and best search for unsigned musical talent, now in it’s fifth year, starts on 4th March 2008 and ends with two jammy bands opening the V Festival this summer, in Chelmsford and Stafford, on the 16th August.
So if you fancy sharing a stage with Muse this year and want to play live to an audience of thousands, go to www.roadtov.com between March 4th and 6th April 2008 and register your band, upload your best track and tell them a bit about yourselves.
All the entries will then be judged by a panel of music industry experts, which this year includes Carl Barat, formally of The Libertines and current Dirty Pretty Things frontman, Mags Revell, the promotor of V Festival, Mark Beaumont from NME, A&R man Sav Remzi and Paul Samuels from Crown Music Management.
